- A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 is required to secure reservation. The deposit must be received within 2 weeks of initial booking request.
- 50% (Fifty Percent) of remaining balance must be received within 30 days prior to reservation. This payment is refundable only in the event that we receive written notification of cancellation no later than 10 calendar days prior to date of reservation. (Fax and/or e-mail acceptable)
- Pricing will be according to the Pricing Schedule below. Final confirmation of guest count must be received by Custy's International Inc. 10 calendar days prior to date of reservation. A 10% plus or minus count will be acceptable. If the number of guests is less than 90% of the confirmed number, Custy's International Inc. may charge regular pricing for the group.
- Final payment must be made in advance, upon arrival.
- Deposits must be in the form of personal check, business check, money order, bank check or cash.

- Minimum number of guests - 20 adults. Below 20, regular pricing will apply.

The above terms are hereby agreed upon and will become binding upon receipt of non-refundable deposit and authorized signatures.
