Group Tour Information

We recommend that you call one of our preferred group tour professionals to assist you in every detail of your trip. They will help you work within your budget while customizing an exciting and memorable trip for your group to the World's Most Famous Buffet.

Note... As always, no food will be allowed to leave the restaurant and we ask the bus tour coordinator to pass this information to guests and assist us with the enforcement of this rule.

Terms for Group Reservations

1. A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 is required to secure reservation. The deposit must be received within 2 weeks of initial booking request.
2. 50% (Fifty Percent) of remaining balance must be received within 30 days prior to reservation. This payment is refundable only in the event that we receive written notification of cancellation no later than 10 calendar days prior to date of reservation. (Fax and/or e-mail acceptable)
3. Pricing will be according to the Pricing Schedule below. Final confirmation of guest count must be received by Custy's International Inc. 10 calendar days prior to date of reservation. A 10% plus or minus count will be acceptable. If the number of guests is less than 90% of the confirmed number, Custy's International Inc. may charge regular pricing for the group.
4. Final payment must be made in advance, upon arrival.
5. Deposits must be in the form of personal check, business check, money order, bank check or cash.

7. Minimum number of guests - 20 adults. Below 20, regular pricing will apply.
