At our lobster buffet pit, see our lobster chef cook fresh live lobsters before your eyes. Enjoy fresh steaming boiled lobster, delicious baked stuffed lobster, lobster thermidor cooked with brandy, lobster newberg cooked with sherry, lobster bisque, Rhode Island clam chower, New England clam chowder and soup of the day.
The Steak Pit
At our steak pit our chef will grill your favorite steak, filet mignon, New York Sirloin or Prime Rib to order. No waiting in line necessary. Your server will bring your steak to your table. Also available at the steak pit upon request are baked potatoes, mashed potatoes, vegetable of the day, peppers, mushrooms and onions in any combination.
The Seafood Bar
Our cold seafood buffet bar features colossal cocktail shrimp, giant snow crab legs from Russia and Dungeness crab legs from Oregon all served with our special house cocktail sauce. (Steamed crab legs available upon request)
Appetizers, Entrees and Vegetables
Our 60 foot buffet line features a great array of delicious salads and appetizers including steamers, sweet corn, boiled potatoes, baked stuffed clams, baked stuffed mushrooms, cajun shrimp cakes, chicken fingers, fried shrimp, coconut shrimp, cajun shrimp, scallops and bacon, Custy's own sweet wings, Italian-style calamari in a spicy marinara sauce and awesome barbequed ribs.
The entree section features baked chicken, barbequed chicken, baked Italian specialties such as Veal Marsala with freshly sautéed mushrooms, manicotti, meatballs, etc. Also we have fresh baked grouper and Custy's signature baked stuffed shrimp with lobster meat stuffing.
Desserts
Our buffet also includes a truly decadent dessert bar! We have New York style cheesecake, chocolate cheesecake, turtle cheesecake, fruit pies, cream pies, Amaretto cake, tiramisu, lemon meringue pie, pecan pie, jellos, puddings and pastries. Our seasonal fresh fruits include mounds of strawberries, golden sweet pineapples, watermelons, honeydews, cantaloupes, peaches, plums and more. Last, but not least, is everyone's favorite: the chocolate section. Featured here are strawberries dipped in white, milk, or dark chocolate, pineapples dipped in chocolate with and without coconut, bananas dipped in chocolate with or without coconut, chocolate covered cherries and chocolate covered wafers.

Coffee, tea, soda, juice and milk are included in our fixed price.
